Harvesting
We collect bagasse—sustainable fiber left over from sugarcane processing—preventing it from being burned or wasted. This raw material is the foundation of our circular economy.
Pulping
The raw fiber is refined and washed using chemical-free, high-pressure steam. This process creates a pure, food-safe pulp without the use of harmful bleaching agents.
Molding
Under high temperature and precision pressure, the pulp is transformed into durable, elegant tableware. Our state-of-the-art machines ensure every plate is engineered for strength.
Finishing
Each product undergoes rigorous quality testing and UV sterilization. The result is a premium, 100% biodegradable product ready for global distribution.
